Approved content an agent may retrieve, scoped to one tenant.
Knowledge is the content an agent is allowed to quote back. It is organised into sources, and every document is indexed with provenance and the tenant’s access rules, so one customer can never retrieve another customer’s material.
Testing retrieval
The search panel runs the same ACL-aware hybrid search a model would, and shows what it would receive: the matching chunks, their citations, and how much of the context budget they consume. Use it before connecting a model, not after.
Context budget
Retrieval is bounded by a token budget. When results are truncated the panel says so, which is your signal that the agent is seeing less than you think.
