Terms of service
These terms apply when you create a FlozentAi workspace and use the platform. Enterprise customers may sign a separate agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
1. The service
FlozentAi provides a governed agent platform: you connect external APIs, review and publish the actions agents may call, and the platform enforces scope, approval and audit around each run. We may change how the service works, and will not remove a materially relied-upon capability without notice in the console.
2. Your account and workspace
- You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what they can do.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
- You must be authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
- Break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or violate a third party’s terms.
- Attempt to defeat the platform’s isolation, approval or audit controls, or to reach another customer’s data.
- Resell the service as a substantially similar product.
4. Your content and your customers’ data
You keep ownership of everything you bring: specifications, knowledge documents, configuration and the data your agents read. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your run content to train models. Where you act as a controller for your own customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for the processing you instruct.
5. Credentials and connected systems
The platform can only call actions you imported and published, through credentials you stored in your own vault. Scoping those credentials on the provider side remains your responsibility, and we recommend it in addition to the controls here.
We do not accept credential values and cannot be responsible for a secret disclosed by your own vault or by a connected provider.
6. Fees
The Team plan is billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page, currently $99 per month, or ₹3,999 per month for customers billed in India. Prices are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable. We will give notice in the console before a price change takes effect for your workspace. Enterprise pricing is set in a separate agreement.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance that affects you. Unless your agreement includes a service level commitment, the service is provided without one.
8. Warranties and liability
Agent output can be wrong. The platform’s approval controls exist so a person reviews consequential actions, and using them is your decision — if you publish an action without confirmation, the consequences of that action are yours. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can close your workspace at any time; monthly billing stops at the end of the current period. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. On termination you may export your configuration and audit history for a reasonable period before deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the console before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
